"I love it. I’m upgrading from an older, less expensive model. This one is much more stable and the full size foot rests are much more comfortable. 15 minutes will give you a solid work out. With training, 30 minutes is outstanding. Use a full range stroke for maximum benefit. This is no toy or gimmick. If you push hard, it will be as strenuous as you can go. No joint discomfort anywhere. I wish it was outfitted with something like a bike computer like my spinning bike has."
